Confidentiality
People Management applies full confidentiality and high ethics in all activities.
Ethics and professionalism
- We take only such assignments, which lie in the field of our professional competence.
- We handle all client information strictly confidentially.
- We do not simultaneously take assignments from competing clients (except in special circumstances with written permission from all involved parties).
- We operate independently: We do not hold possessions having effects on our recommendations for our clients in our fields of consulting.
- We do not actively initiate negotiations with client’s staff members to employ them or to headhunt them to other clients
- We actively promote good co-operation with other consultants who operate with the same clients as we do.
- We continuously develop our fields of consulting and competences. For promoting this we may internally exchange experiences and information, however in a manner that does not jeopardise the client’s benefits.
Person registers
The written rules of People Management define following items regarding person registers:

Reasons of having the registers:
- Initiative applications for active jobseekers
- Persons assessed for specific jobs
Purposes for the registers:
The person registers are used in diverse situations regarding recruiting, personal assessment and job-seeking. The information may only be used with permission from the person her/himself. Regarding the information acquired by/during psychological and other such testing, there is also a legal obligation: All documents and information concerning aptitude assessment must be stored for two (2) years, after which the documents and information must be destroyed.
Regulated sources of information:
Personal information, contact information and information concerning person’s work and study history are acquired from the person her/himself, when she/he fills in a personal information form, sends in a CV and/or updates her/his information later.
All persons have the right to know what information is kept on her/him in the “Open applications” or “Database of assessed persons” registers. The procedures:
- In the case of “Open applications”, a written and signed enquiry has to be sent to the person mentioned below. The enquired information will be sent in writing to the address provided by the enquirer.
- In the case of “Database of assessed persons”, a person can apply for audience to personally visit the psychologist/assessor in charge for the tests, and see the registered information her/himself. Interview documents, test results or tests cannot be given in writing or copied, because the interpretation of these requires appropriate training. The assessed person has a right to get a verbal feedback face-to-face or via phone. The psychologist also writes a statement about recruited persons. The recruited person has a right to receive a copy of this statement for her/himself.
If faults are found in the information regarding a person in our registers, the person has a right to get the faulty information corrected. A written and signed enquiry for correction has to be sent to the person mentioned below.
Protection of registers
All documents containing personal information or otherwise confidential information will be destroyed appropriately after processing. Only the persons responsible for or participating in the assignments have a right to use the data in the mentioned registers. The databases have different user levels. The user gets scanning or updating rights for only such information she/he needs to have. For different information the user has her/his individual username and password, which are enquired during checking into the system.
