People Management was founded in the autumn of 1991 during the beginning stages of the worst depression of the century. The years to follow were some of the bleakest in Finland’s economic history. The depression was deep and it continued for several years, which we were extremely lucky to experience. It taught us a lot! Only the strongest companies survived and naturally it was the people working for the company that were behind the success. And they still are. We are specialised in managing turbulent organisational changes during its many different transition phases.
